Please ensure that all electrical work is performed by a qualified electrician.

If the LED light(s), kits or accessories are damaged or faulty upon receipt Sydney City LED will provide customers with either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“Act”). Please note that exchanges or refunds will only be considered if the item(s) have been used for more than 30 days and or tampered with in any way.

To the extent permitted by law, Sydney City LED:

  • limits its obligations and liability for the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of any goods to its obligations under the Act;
  • is not liable for any contingent, consequential or punitive damages arising in way whatsoever in relation to the use of any goods; and
  • is not liable for any claim, loss or expense incurred by any person resulting from the delivery, non-delivery or return of any goods.

HOW DOES YOUR RETURN POLICY WORK?

For customers who wish to return their LED product or accessory for either an alternate set or a refund, we require them to contact us via email;

Once we have received an email we will advise the customer how they may go about returning the LED(s) or related product. All returns must be posted in a similar fashion to which they arrived and we require that the customer include a copy of the email transcript so that we can process their return. Once we have assessed that the LED(s) or related products have not been damaged or tampered with, we will send out a replacement item or provide a refund for your purchase.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE OF MY RETURN?

Yes, the customer is responsible for postage costs. Please ensure that your package has a tracking number attached to them, as we are not responsible for lost items.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

We will happily provide customers with a full refund once we have received our LED Lights back in the post (providing that they adhere to before mentioned policy). The refund will be made into either your Paypal or credit card and usually takes 2-3 business days for credit cards and is instant when paid into Paypal.
