Why headroom matters
LED drivers should not usually be run at their absolute maximum. Headroom helps with heat, reliability and product tolerance. Long runs may also need power injection to avoid voltage drop.
Tip: For long LED strip runs, driver size is only one part of the plan. Cable size, injection points and voltage all matter.
